Do you remember me telling you about what happened lastnight on the phone, well i got the doctor out today and he said it sounds like my muscles are badly sprained.
He told me to rest and not to do any heavy work until it's healed, crikey what will our Alan say to that i wonder.
Yep i was talking to Stu as per usual, i think i told you on the phone that i was.
He says hello to you by the way.
I have some good news to tell you later, and i can't wait to ring you now.
Oh well duty calls for more messages to reply to, so i will speak later on the phone

I have been to work as normal then en i have not stopped lol.... i`m ready to go to sleep i thinkk lol, but i got to go to the post box. so the fresh air should wake me up a little....

Well here i am at last
I see that you were still tired here, but i think that you will be when you get back from taking your mum and dad out.
Oh i also see that Rebecca has left you a message, i bet that shocked you getting a message off her.
She appologises to you by the way interverning in our convo, she said when she gets out of hospital she will message you on your space
She goes in tomorrow for her op on her legs, but she will getting operated on Monday.
Anyway how are you today i hope that you are not too tired, cos our Alan can't wait to do the quiz later.
Oh well i will go cos he has just come in from work, and he has just gone to his mums now to give her some cake from the party lastnight.

Yeah i guess that your hand was in pain, for i have spoken to you since then.

Actually i fell asleep on the train coming home, for i was absolutely done in after walking around Stuarts neck of the woods.
Oh we did have a pleasant trip home for i was looking at the scenery, i think that's what made me fall asleep really.

Anyway i have brought you a pressie home for you, so you had better catch it for it's breakable you see ok.
