Hathornefer (ACE) Near miss - isnt that what you'd call a hit Started conversation Mar 13, 2003
Every now and again -- well quite regularly actually -- I apprach a complete stranger on H2G2 and say HELLO!
When I saw you were online my eyes lit up "aye 'up" I thought (although I am not from Yorkshire) "theres someone I'm going to say hello to". My personal space may make this a little clearer.
If the weather is bad I suggest a nice and and some real music (not the spices)

Hello, hello

Hello you with the same name...
Weather has been GREAT for the last couple of days. Sunshine and clear skies. Nice change from the foggy days... Coffee and cake is something I eat no matter what the weather is.
I don't seem to like "real music". Sorry about that Mainstream pop is for me.
You live in London then? I have a friend living there and I visited her last spring. My first trip to London and second to England. I would like to come and see her again this spring but since I'm going to buy an apartment for myself and have to take a huge loan I can't really afford it. But someday I will come again.

Well Johanna, I hope when you do come back to England you have a great time and the sun shines every day for you. Its a novelty here too the sun.
I think youre right when you say that buying an appartment is probably more important than coming back here even if you have friends here. Home owning will almost certainly change your life completely, It will never be the same again. Take it from someone who is aready in that mortgage trap.
Anyway &
