Also, I hope you didn't take my jokey 'chastizing' about what you said on your previous posting to heart, or think I meant it in a serious way at all.

It's just that I am on a couple of other threads right now where people are showing very little respect to others, and this bothers me. It is both interesting and lovely when people can disagree on things and explain their reasons and debate without having to resort to any sort of nastiness, which is why I quite like the FFFF thread. I don't post there very often, but I always read it.

I also do not suffer fools gladly AT ALL. And am often a bit saddened about the fact that so many fools seem to be out and about. And posting!

Anyhow, just a little 'hola' from sunny Spain. I was born in Canada and also lived in England for awhile. But now I have finally found my true home here in Seville. Bloody HOT at the moment however!

No I did not take anything you said to heart at all. In fact perhaps that may be part of the problem, I am pretty thick skinned, and although something may annoy me briefly, my annoyance passes very quickly. I sort of assume everybody is the same, which is probably not very fair.

Yes you are right, and it is better that you mentioned it to me then than to let it go and perhaps things would have become very unfriendly.

Hola to you too. I did visit Spain a couple of times, mainly just the holiday destinations. I would love to go back some day with my family and see a bit of the real Spain. Still have some good memories of "holiday" Spain as well mind you...

Yes it's interesting how often people do assume that . I don't know if it because I argue like a man or because I argue like people think men argue....anyway it's reasonably amusing to keep 'em guessing
