I read that one can improve one's quality of life by considering one's death on a regular basis. This is something I do.

"Life isn't a dress rehearsal". "You're a long time in the church yard". "Carpe Diem". "Sieze the day". "Live every day as though it were your last".

Despite all this I'm still bored and depressed most days.
