The last time we nattered, you were enjoying some iced cream and tea before some needed studying.

So, have you wended your way through the last of the projects, papers, and who-knows-what-else?

I handed in some coursework earlier, currently having an hour to myself before my last committee meeting . I've one more piece to hand in this week, but it's pretty much written, just needs proof reading .

It sounds like you have pretty much everything well in-hand then. , good Lady.

It's been going better than I thought actually, had a bit of a panic last week but almost sorted now

No problem, I wasn't going to reply and Esty and I tend to converse in huge email marathons these days.

I really am happy for you, that you were able to sort and settle all of the needed submissions, projects, ... I could see that you were a bit frantic about them.

I rarely hear from Esty, unless I drop a note on a day that she is about. Her world seems to be going along without too much problem. (I hope) Still, the two of you are closer and better suited as chat-friends than some old guy "up there". If you get the chance, please say "Hi" from me.

Now I must have some lunch and deal with a few things around the house. (I had necessities that required me to be home today). I'll call you up another day, my friend. Please do take good care.

She's rarely on hootoo anymore, but is a very proliffic email writer . She reminds me of my little sister sometimes

I am really pleased that you two get on so well. She's one very bright and sweet girl that I kinda miss. But as much as I enjoyed our occassional chats, there was always that 'stigma' of a middle-aged guy talking on the wires with a teen-girl.

Anyway, my supper is ready and you are probably sound asleep, ... so until another day. , good Lady.

Generally, I discount age as much concern. So long as both persons are atleast "adult" by local standards. Yet while Esty is very mature for her years, they DO still number less than 19 or 20. On this side of the ocean, there are far too many predators on-line ....

Esty has only accumulated 14 of the things I guess

Yes, I got back just over a week ago , still the holidays so will be around for another week at least
