You mean the bouncing fish thing? I made it - its a table and a couple of marquees 
. If you want one then put 'testuserpage' instead of the 'u' on the URL for my user page and it'll give you the code. Then you can modify it a bit 
If what I've just written is complete twoddle then let me know (revision is not very good for clarity
