Nice to meet you, I'm Laura. Pleased you found the help page useful, I wrote it because I found the official one a bit hard to understand when I first joined the site. Glad you liked the insects article too, it took me a whole year to get round to finishing it 
I'm afraid I have to admit that my page is the result of me not doing the work I was supposed to be doing when I was at university, which is why it doesn't flow that well
