Im not doing too terrible, feeling fairly 
i havent done my therapy yet but i will shortly, btw here there are some recentish pics of me from the brum meet, i meant to post them but my printer has decided it hates me, if i get it working ill send some other ones to you to give you an idea of the variety of looks.
