ive plenty to hate about myself hence the poetry in part and the years of self abuse of various forms

self abuse is summat ive thought about doing sumtimes:o/

you are a nice good person i can see that already

i recomend not trying self harm, it screws you up too much in the long run and dont try and attempt the end its not worth it, im still here for some reason or other, i dont know why but i am, there must be some use for me still otherwise id have succeded. I hate cliches but ive ended up using them having been told them all before, it may not be elegent and may seem patronising but sometimes cliches are just the right words.

true i cant tell you what to do nor would i try im just saying having experienced it im glad im not anymore though there is always the temptation especially when i get stressed or majorly depressed then it can be a real battle
