Hi there!
I'm subbing your entry 'Surviving Hot Weather' at A1156826
I've just had a quick preliminary run-through and this looks like a great entry to me . Not much work for me, at all!
The only thing I've noticed so far are a couple of minor typos - English/English can be a nuisance when you're use the US version all the time . I also changed some gender terms in the treatment section from him/his to them/their, hope you don't mind.
I'll be back before I send it on to the Editors to see if you've any complaints about what I've done.

How nitpicky do you want me to be? (Nothing like a few weeks away from an entry to let you see all the problems with it. )
In the second sentence of the second paragraph, should 'ones' have an appostrophe to indicate possessive case? I vaguely remember this word being one of the exceptions to the general rule (but I may be mis-remembering my grammar lessons).
I'm not sure about using them/their in place of him/his. You end up with singular nouns and plural pronouns, or some such. I was taught to use the masculine pronouns if you're unsure about gender, but this isn't 'politically correct' anymore in the States - do you have the same issue over there? It's awkward, no matter what you do. Stupid English language. At any rate, in the next-to-last sentence in the section about heat stroke, we have 'make sure they does not...' which needs to get fixed.
In the second paragraph under General Hints, the last sentence is missing a period. And can the sentence about cold shelters read 'the large cities will have 'cold shelters', or similar title, which are air conditioned public building that remain open ...' - it's a little less verbose.
In the section Persons at Risk, I noticed that I wrote 'over-heating' with a hyphen but did not hyphenate the word elsewhere. (I'm not sure which is correct, so I covered all the options...)
I hope that's not too much feedback. I'm actually very easy to get along with, I really am!

Be as nit-picky as you like - you're speaking to a long term participator in the noble art of pedantry!
Checking Fowlers 'The Kings English', the accepted usage is "one's".
Other changes implemented as stated.
The gender thing is a pet hate of mine - I'm with you that the way I was taught was to use the masculine form when unsure (but this is surely a fault with the language itself ). Accepted usage (at present) appears to be to use the most neutral form possible and accept the consequent 'awkwardness'.
If there is anything else in the entry that you would like to see changed, don't hesitate to ask . Otherwise I'll send it onwards to its rightful place on the front page .

I'm happy with it.
Now that it's getting cooler I probably ought to write an article on surviving cold weather...
