Just write the "F" number on her page and it will turn into a link

The URL is the address of the web page you look at, It is in the address bar that is at the top of the browser, but digiboxes don't use browsers so there is no way to get it

The adrress of your page is

and then you change the H2G2 to ican like this
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ican/U515859

and then you click on the "Send Private Message" button, and you can see the forum number (Well you can't but Ican )

a while back when the fire wall was down .and ppl could use part of the internet via digi box . could if you entered h2g2.com logged on would a person been able then to see a url number via digi box?

its amazing telewest even let us have h2g2 the way they act

The thing is, they can't stop you, unless they want to stop useing the bbc for the interactive, you can get to any BBC site on the internet

yeah but they could stop us using the email .but still lets us be able to use the interactive part of the bbc . ppl without links to h2g2 still can use the interactive service

yeah i know .have you noticed the interactive is free .cause they wouldnt dare charge to say yoome is slow is an understament

I have never been on yoome, I pay them enough each month with out paying for that,
You only have to look at the interactive to know why its free , I think comet only sell a dozen thing acording to them
