Woops! Sorry its taken so long to reply.

Oh yes, definitely a Rankin fan and...

Obviously DNA
Terry Pratchett
Raymond Feist
Stephen Donaldson, who doesn't seem to have written anything for some time now

recently Neil Gaiman (now there be a strange dark soul)

I'm quite disproportionately pleased to receive some unsolicited contact thru H2G2

One of my favourite non Rankin novels is 'Good Omens' the Terry Prattchet and Niel Gaiman co-authorship... Being more fan of Robert's dark humour than his sci-fi [my favourite are 'Fandom of The Operator', 'Dance of the Voodoo Handbag' and 'Notrodamus Ate My Hamster'] Neil Gaiman is definately an author I'm going be applying my free time to.

Are you a member of Sproutlore? It's fan clubs tenth birthday party in Ireland this October, I think there are spaces left if you have time for holiday then...

Good to meet Jim Pooleysmiley - winkeye
