Damn right... The internets first zoo! You want in?
"Come and see JPEG's of animals from around the globe (for a minimal fee)"
Interactive pet's corner, Gif animations of performing seals... kids'll be yanking their parents purse-strings for miles around, WE CAN'T FAIL!
O.k...It's the first nickname that came to mind, no animal theme intended.
Good to say Hello,
Later...

And if it all goes belly up, we can sell them all to a virtual dog food company ......... we win either way!!

I like the cut of your jib...(I have no idea as to what this actually means but it seems to foot the bill on occasions such as this!)
Strange!
superdogmonkey Posted Jan 20, 2003
I'm not sure where my jib is but I don't want the f*****r cut off!
How are you finding this strange world of h2g2?

superdogmonkey Posted Jan 24, 2003
Not bad - some of us have set up a Punk page, so we can drone on about all things fast and shouty!
Did you get the Zappa in Oz cd?
Strange!
dugdog <a.k.a. - corla planktun...buffer of the tiny ruby> Posted Jan 24, 2003
no...didn't get my FZ IN OZ - amazon have run out!! so I'm in two minds as to wait for the order to come through (could take months) or cancel and try to get it somewhere else.....
is it as good as it looks?
Strange!
superdogmonkey Posted Jan 24, 2003
I'm afraid it is. I think it's the best live one as it does not seem to have too many tracks that I don't like.
I could do you a copy if you want?
Strange!
dugdog <a.k.a. - corla planktun...buffer of the tiny ruby> Posted Jan 24, 2003
Burning a copy would be great....tell you what...I'll burn something of mine that you might be into - lost episodes...mystery disk...lather...???? ummm (I'm thinking of recent releases you might not have picked up)...in exchange? (a temporary measure until the disk becomes available of course!)...

As you are a Floyd fan, do you have Umma-Gumma?
I've always heard mixed reviews but never purchased due to the ridicolus price!

dugdog <a.k.a. - corla planktun...buffer of the tiny ruby> Posted Jan 26, 2003
well..I do have Ummagumma...but only on vinyl (twice!!...whilst marrying someone for thier record collection can buy you an original gatefold *pop-up***!!!! copy of Jethro Tull's Stand Up (a distinct advantage)..unfortuately, doubles do occur (if you happen to have married someone with excellant taste!))...It's fairly trippy in places - with entire sides given over to the indulgences of individual members of the band (obviously done before Roger's ego was inflated and flown over battersea power station)...a very good album never the less...
...so the best I could offer on that score would be good old magnetic tape...I've only recently started on filling in the digital gaps on the CD racks with Floyd....I DO however have Wish You Were Here, Momentary Lapse, Echoes (recent 'best of' - and very worth having) and Dark Side....on CD....any good to you??
Strange!
superdogmonkey Posted Jan 28, 2003
Ummagumma is about the only floyd missing, so a tape would be great.
email me on: [email protected] for address etc.

Good oh - don't want nutters, freaks or Dr Who fans stalking me at home!
As it's a work email, I don't give a f**k who stalks me there! I'm one big b*****d!
