Hi Mich.
The powers that be have moved your entry out of Peer Review, and have opened it up for others to add contributions. Well I've taken it under my wing, and I hope to push it forward to the Edited Guide.
My copy that I'll be qorking on is here - A1034597. Though I haven't actually done anything to it yet 
You will of course receive a co-writing credit on the new version at all times.
