I had to clear away a lake from outside my front door this morning before the visitor arrived.
And now the rain has finally stopped.

Don't think there was any rain at all here today. Mind you I haven't been out of the house so it could have been wet and I didn't notice. It was certainly sunny this morning.

I would be very surprised, Andy, if you got away with no rain. It was very heavy here-just like yesterday. And an extremely mild night tonight.

Quite sunny up here in the North yesterday Carole! But puddly today despite being dry as we had heavy rain overnight. Nippy in the bitter wind today as the winter sun although bright, wasn't very warm.
