Were you semi-serious about compiling a list of demands? I would like to see serious one, like my point about the minutes and agenda, as well as semi-serious ones, like your request for the various smilies, and some totally silly ones, too. 
I think it is important to have the silly too. And I want to present them to the board.

Sounds good! I didn't realise you were serious about the minutes and agenda. I like the idea of a list of demands being presented to the board. What do you have in mind?
