I need two things from you at the moment:
1. stop posting in the personal conversations I am having with other people.
2. stop opening new threads on my PS, and use the Cuppa 
one instead 
. It's hard for me to have too many threads to keep track of at the moment. I know your brain works well by opening threads and posting in multiple places. My doesn't at the moment and I'm at risk of overload.
I've been really badly affected by what you did on the weekend, and it's affected me in RL too. If you can find a way of respecting what I've just asked for I think things will go much better for us.
