No, we don't know each other. I misread your other post, sorry. I thought you said you'd recently rejoined (there's been a bit of that going on lately, researchers returning after an absence).

I found it through the BBC website. It asked me whether I wanted to add H2H2 to my usual website & I agreed to that, was that a mistake?

No, we're still with the bbc for another month or so. After that we'll be completely separate. H2g2 was originally owned by writer Douglas Adams and co. The bbc bought it about ten years ago, but it's never really been part of the bbc in the sense that its other websites are. They're closing lots of their online forums, and h2 was one that had to go too.

I really have to thank you for the compliment you gave on the announcement thread. I have to say, grace & strength really are not my strong points - I tend towards taking the mick when I can, or talking absolute bulldust. However, that convo really wasn't the time or place.
I realise you are super-busy with the transition - is there a name for this yet? - so no reply needed. This was just to thanks, that's all.
