I do believe you have aptly described this place. That is exaclty how I felt when I found this site. It was as though I'd finally discovered where all the like-minded people had been hiding all my life. They certainly aren't where I am in RL.

I don't know, I sort of like sentences like this, "They certainly aren't where I am in RL.". They lend mystery to life.
Here, I'll try one: I Haven't been over in RL where they aren't.

Delightfully obscure. Never been to Oklahoma. Hmm... There are both good and bad things. Good: Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower. Bad: pickups with the number '3' or the number '8' on the back window.
