.. you mention that the white version of the circular graphic was on the goo skin, but I can't find the thread now. Anyway, I thought I'd let you know that I've fixed it now.
If it wasn't you -

It was on Yahoo (therefore probably email to you), so no thread - until now!
It's amazing you managed to fix it from off-site though - unlike the Russian incident.

Aha, that's probably why I couldn't find it then, thanks.
Luckily the graphics were still on the FTP server, so I grabbed them from here. Thanks for pointing it out.

I was actually a bit slow with my usual checking because I was going away - except then I didn't and still haven't. Reporting on Yahoo seemed more anonymous than in Feedback. Where are all those alleged goo diehards though, who should have spotted it straight away?!

Where were you supposed to be going? I hope you manage to get there sooner, rather than later!
I've been very lazy with my time off, visiting friends, and seeing what it's like to lie around on the sofa all day. I'm hoping to go out somewhere nice for a day out tomorrow, but because there are other people coming, arrangements are being very sloooow.
Maybe the goo die-hards have all been moved to Brunel. I know that I get really annoyed if I find msyelf in goo. Although not as cross as I do if I find myself in Alabaster.

I was supposed to be visiting my mother because my brother and family are there too and also going to a few associated parties or child-minding as it often turns out to be. Instead I'm stuck at home, ill and with hardly any food and no chocolate eggs. I ran out of stuff a week ago just as I got ill and only had one quick dump of some milk from my usual minions before they disappeared somewhere.
Isn't it supposed to be rather wet tomorrow? Are you going somewhere with a roof? I imagine dreadlocks get a bit yucky when wet.
I dislike the hub most (for almost complete unreadability), then alabaster (for having orange but also yellow and jade) and only then goo for being so slow to upload. I initially chose brunel because the blurb said it had more features (in general although it is missing a few). I'm one of those people who wants every possible button/link. Having tried the other skins I've seen nothing to change my mind. Plain is quite elegant in its simplicity though. Had you seen that Jim's finally done the Easter banner?

I hope that you're feeling better now. I'd bring you round a nice neighbourly basket of food and some gossip if this were Anne of Green Gables, but unfortuntately its Mina of h2g2, and I'm too busy sunbathing.
I quite like buttons and links as well, I've asked for some on the Editorial tools to make life a bit easier (and lazier!), but I think I'm at the ends of a long queue!
I've seen the banner now, it's great. We did toy with the idea of getting an easter egg smiley done, but the moment sort of slipped away. We'll stick with our seasonal collections I think. Much less work for us!

You have sun?
That's another thing a british site really ought to have - weather smileys! You don't need all combinations as they can be lined up on top of each other. So: sun, white cloud, dark grey cloud, raindrops and lightning should mostly cover it, unless someone wants the wimpy half sun behind a cloud thing too. I don't think we normally have a tornado symbol but that would be fun.
... not as much fun as a dalek smiley of course ... Talk about a contradiction in terms. They do smug quite well but don't actually smile.

Yes, we have sun, and miraculously, no wind! So I'm going to get off this site now (honest), and go and sit in it.
I'll think about the weather smileys. We want to tidy the list up and reopen it. Running a different way of course, to make things easier for us. I must sound like the most idle Editor ever.
