Hi Serenity and Jim I have got a message from Facebook that Jinty could have passed away before Christmas but the strangest thing is that there were postings by her on Facebook just recently as last Friday.

it was about xmas ive just found out, kat got a message from her birthday message from a freind of jinty,s, the phone is dead so ive no way except by kat to know how, i would think her heart gave out.

my ex lodger is in hospital he was hit with a car on his motorbike, smashed fema, but its on the mend now. im at the lib or cyber now and then, ive no doigibox it gave out a few weeks ago, i have the tivo box, i spend a few hours now and then watching any films or clips on the youtube. take care jim. my email is the hotmail one now.

Ive got a tivo box now. Its brilliant. My interactive died years ago and I couldnt be bothered to get it fixed as I had the computer.
I finally got round to ringing up and getting it sorted. I reckon the teckie bloke must be on commission as he persuaded me to go Tivo

hi serenity did you work out the extra way to use the youtube.

pick a subject and then a vid off the list, and use the top down button the again till you see related at the bottom, then again to get another small box to the left, hit the ok fast and it will give you a lot of related ones.

im searching here for any films i can get on the youtube, ive found over 50 so far.

havent use the option to store on the tivo yet nothing i want to watch, most i see are now on the extended demand or catchup.

this is my ex lodger as security in 2010, he as just come out of hospital, he had his leg, fema smashed with a car, on his motorbike.

I dont bother with youtube on the Tivo. I have enough with the programmes

Sometimes we are recording 2 as well as watching. Its a struggle to find enough time to catch up on all we have recorded.

keep it safe incase the pc as a fit lol, i just on the search for more films, got over 100 to keep me happy late night lol.

im in the library its free, but limited, cyber is other side of town and costs a pound an hour. take care jim

My other half has now got a laptop and is having computer lessons at the local community centre. He isnt the brightest and is struggling. I think he now knows how to turn it on

mine is free for two hours a day for upto 4 days, but its stopped me from acsessesing any threads, the filter on the things are to yuck.

ive tryed to tell them that they are still on the explorer 6 and when the next one comes out the pc,s will lose the browser, but its the same old story,

only the admin can do changes and they are in leeds.so lib will be useless for this site now.

Our library is free, too. I use it as a back up when my pc or printer goes down.
My printer is playing silly wotsits right now. Anything I want to print goes back into the pc in some file or other and wont print.
One minute it was printing fine, the next... I must try and fix it

i rang the tivo lot this morning and told them its time they used the message evelope to let us know about the new apps, they have added three in the last few days, and taken one away, they are as bad as the box lot, lol.

i had two, i gave them to a secondhand shop for free, if no one as the old boxes, as the new samsung ones wont take the k/board, and as emails are now gone, you could say they are 80% useless.lol

i tryed my k/board last night nothing, kow thinks that it might also need the ehternet cable, whatever that is

ive been trying from days to get to mytivoapps, now this morning its got a.sorry upgrading type message ggrr.lol.

as of this morning its now 35 apps on the tivo, last one is startrek.

might try a recording of a programme or something to see how it works.

We record loads of things. You can pick a programme and it will record the whole series. Its quite a clever piece of machinery
