comedy isnt about truth, integrity and producing work to be proud of anymore. The fringe is all about selling a show if you have been on TV, if you havent been on TV you are in for an uphill battle, but thats life as people just want to see people who have been on telly.
Some comics make millions making people who love Jordan and Jedward laugh- and thats fine. It is do-able not everyone gets on telly to do it. Life...you do your thing....you be honest and if you can sleep at night without hating the world and setting fire to a tree with your memories...then you are doing ok.
