Hi there,
Unfortunately, that's not actually possible. Your 'home' site is a Messageboard, which doesn't work the same way as a full community site like h2g2. One of the main differences is that Messageboard accounts don't have full Personal Spaces, including message centres.

If you decide to become a full member of h2g2, by writing entries or contributing to our other schemes such as the Post or the UnderGuide, we may be able to transfer your account to h2g2.

Czardine, they might have misunderstood.I suggest you send them a copy of this e-mail they sent me. The action they proposed worked out fine.

"While there are plans to extend the functions of Messageboard accounts, this may still be some time off. If you'd prefer, we can convert your messageboard account to an h2g2 one, which should then allow you to use the full assets of h2g2 and the Messageboards.

Sorry, yes there was a little misunderstanding there. The problem we have is that some Messageboard users are only coming to h2g2 to get the Message Centre with no intention of actually contributing to h2g2. This causes problems further down the line if there are moderation issues on a Messageboard but we end up having to pay for it, which isn't really fair. Hope this explains our initial caution there.

Having now found your Personal Space, we can see that you've contributed to both h2g2 and WW2 recently. We'd be more than happy to move your Personal Space over to h2g2, which we'll do straight away.
