taking the piss...

Part 1
I'm designing a museum dedicated (in -part) to the works of Roald Dahl...and I've spent part of the day discussing some of the odder stories, and how the plot is more important (in the case of his short stories) than the character....the 'big idea' being the place it starts...and the example I give is from 'The Man From The South' where the suspense and thrill of the story hangs on the notion that someone would be prepared to bet one of thier own fingers..actually bet a finger, and if they loose the bet the other guy gets an axe and chops the finger off...there and then...on the kitchen table....so - meeting over, point (re:plot made)...I go home...
Part 2
..and on my way note that half the town where I live is plunged into darkness.....so, I get home, it's freezing, no heating no light...and I decide to make a fire - lots of logs, but no kindleing - out in the yard...pick out the axe from the wood-shed...chop, chop chop...slip, oooh...hospital, "I'm afraid you've severed a nerve, you were very lucky not to loose it all together Mr. Dugdog....."
simple question: where to I post my 'stop taking the piss' complaint to whoever is in charge of the universe?

Right this minute I am listening to Frank Zappa's Hot Rats, which was originally released the year after I was born...I find that interesting...I like the observation of co-incedence and the humour in the surreal...which is probably what brought me here...Today I learned what a Black Hole really is...I used to pretend I knew...but today I know...
