The goverment is considerimg a number of options to cope with the expected incresed demand for air travel.
These include new runways at Heathrow, or Stansted, and a brand new airport at Cliff in Kent,which would be twice the size of heathrow
All of these proposals would mean hundreds of homes knocked down, and people forced to move. while those people who remain would have to put up with even more noise polution
So who actually will benefit ?
The airlines yes,but who else?
