I'd really be interested in talking to you, as a women living in SA your life must be really different from what I've experienced so I'd love to hear about your experiences. Is it really as bad as made out in our media?

Thanks for the warm welcome. Well I am new to this and not sure how this will work.
Life in Saudi is not as bad as they make it on the medea but diffrent.It is diffrent because of it's many strict laws especially for women and that is because of their religional belief.
how about you and where doy you live? sorry for my bad english hopefully it will get better. -

I thought things in Saudi might be misrepresented by the media most things are. I life in Birmingham in the UK not, Alabamba in the US, which is fun, but not that interesting I'm afraid. Incidently you can find out things about people on h2g2 by clicking on there name and it will take you to their personal space. Some people do put a lot of things there so hopefully you'll find it interesting.

Yes I am finding this site very interesting and likes to spend some time here and even going to people's pages and read what they wrote and even saying hello! Lost of things people says here,don't have idea what they talking but that probably because of my poor english but hopefully that will change some day and will get better.The internet connection we have here is very poor so I always have few minutes to stay on line.

it looks like i am going to get a visa to visit england( london) with in the next few days. if it works and if get a vositor visa, I may come.But I ave a question, do you think it is possible to stay there legally and find a job as I really don't like to come back to Saudi again. Please let me know.
