I'm trying to work it out myself! But - you found me! (How did you do that?) If you click on the name of a poster (i.e. me) on the left you'll see conversations I've been involved in. Click on any one of those, and you'll see the conversation and who I've been talking to (Kris, Pat Pen, Bushy etc) and just click on reply and join in.

That's how I've done it so far.

to start a conversation just click the "discuss this entry" button (it took me a long time to work it out)

i see the boro are against liverpoool today. hope they stuff the pool. no mercy. i was looking forward to the manchester match but my son wants sole viewing rights seeing as it is his team and he will be emoting his head off and anything i say will aggravate. he is going through the last (psychological) stages of separation from me .

these emoticons are neat. actually easier to type in than the symbols. just put any word like 'footprints' or 'lighthouse' in <> those kind of brackets with no spaces and... you get the picture?

Not been around much today (spent most of day at A&E with a sproglet).

Well done beating Liverpool btw! I think they've (Liverpool) scraped a few results (shouldn't have beat CFC for example!!).
