RunningDog3 U1534068 hasn't been ACE'd and doesn't seem to have quite got the hang of things like the difference between her message centre and her journal... I would unofficially ACe her myself but hootoo won't let post her a msg direct. Hoping you can help her.

Yeah, that's the msg I got as well... It happens sometimes with people that come hootoo from the other DNA communities by I didn't think that was the cause this time.

There are a couple of posts on her space from "Points Of View" so i suspect she has come from there, in which case we aren't able to ACE her

Aren't in the sense that it isn't possible or in the sense that we aren't meant to 'steal' members from other DNA communities?
Anyway, I'll try and give her a few bits of advice on how to use hootoo if that's what she wants.

All i know is that on my very first attempt at ACE'ing, i got my knuckles sharply rapped 'cos i ACED someone from another BBC site!
I think the best thing to do might be if we copy your original post & post it on the ACES home page & let someone with more experience than me sort it out; just tried once more & got the same message.
