Hiya. Tired still, as i said earlier on MSN, it's been a frustrating day; but i've had some supper now & may have a little doze soon; i will probably come back on here later on.
What about you? Hey, i noticed Star Trek stuff on Front Page here yesterday which would interest you.

Hiya, yes thanks, i am Ok, but tired, managed to get shopping done (not easy, see Eye Eye thread!), taught my lesson, prepared lots of meals for the freezer then had a long snooze.
It doesn't sound like much, but i'm sure you know what it's like some days. I had to force myself to go out & do stuff, rather than sit here on the computer; much easier option!
Glad you saw the Star Trek links!

Well you can only live your life how it makes you happy, I am happy that I have found friendship with you even if it is a very new friendship.

How are you bearing up Terri?

Hiya Will, sorry i seem to have been neglecting you lately! I know once i start chatting on MSN i use it as an excuse to avoid doing other stuff & i just can't afford to do that right now. Too much to organise before the hospital stuff.
How am i bearing up? hmmm...in some ways, OK, "i have accepted my fate" as far as if it all goes wrong, but am still scared witless about the prospect of the actual op itself & the whole scenario of "How do i actually cope with day to day stuff if i can't move around?" is a nightmare.
I *might* be able to have a part time carer, but will have to pay for it, which is a huge problem.
Ah well, in a couple of days we will know more about what the future holds....

tonight i plan to try & find some sort of solution to "how am i going to eat, drink & smoke this weekend when i can't get to a shop?"
If that doesn't get sorted tonight, it will become tomorrow's problem; as it was yesterdays.
Other than that (which tends to occupy rather a large amount of brain space) i will no doubt listen to the same music repeatedly; i am getting into the realms of becoming obsessive about this. And wander aimlessly around the internet.
To add some variety, i will wash the dishes & if feeling really enthusiastic, will wash some clothes. If somebody turns up with the dressings; i will change the filthy bandage on my knee.
Bet you wish you hadn't asked now eh?!!!
This isn't a life, it's a f***ing existence.
