This guide, when will it fully appear and I assume you are using Nth Dimension to collect the relevant details about the stories deployed?
If not then I say that Power to the Daleks is not the regeneration story but the aftermath of it.
The Enemy of the Daleks in the same story= Davros & the CIA operative Omlyr
Cold Warfare= Cybermen, a new yet unseen species.
