The recent DWM read through I find an article sent via E-mail from a 'Michael Mills' was this same man yourself? Really yourself?
If so, you are a celebrity now, you are known throughout the land as a talented man!
I wondered though why you hadn't signed it: Lord Mike- who is terribly, terribly famous now!
Or is this just a coincidence?
Count Richard- Harsh leader and Defender of his Kingdom Wilden

Yes, the writer of that letter is myself.
Perhaps I should have signed it Lord Mike but that may have seemed somewhat pretencious to those that did not know me!

Pretenious- you? Well you could have advertised- I'm pretty sure everyone knows you- today I was at Kultureshock: Norwich's equivalent of Who shop or Tenthplanet. and I heard people talking about Grandplan in between their coffee and then they mentioned Rasputaltron as Rasputintron- so you've gained a celebrity place after all!

Why do I get the feeling that you're not being entirely truthful?

Honestly. All I did was come here and tell you something that I'd heard today from earshot in 'my' shop while picking up Creatures of Beauty and this is how you react?
That I'm lying? Thanks alot.

No, but it wouldn't be the first time that someone's wound me up. I apologise again but I'm quite a gullible person and try to combat this by being suspicious.

Really, you gullible. You the great {Lord} Michael Mills- gullible- I find that hard to believe?
Even so being suspicious isn't always the best thing to do, I was surprised when they said Raspy or tried to? If they's got the pronounciation correct then it would been unbelieavable but because it's a cult shop and they are great supporters of Doctor Who I see no reason why they shouldn't read your stuff?
It's good- I take my hat off for a whole year to Children of Poseidon alone!

Thanks Rich. I must say I'm really surprised that people actually read mine and Martin's stuff and talk bout it afterwards! Incredible...
You do realise that if they read Grandplan then they've probably read some of your stories as well?

Nice-Dalek Posted Jun 14, 2003
Well they probably read my stuff first, got confused, bewildered and annoyed and then they read yours and throught: Wow! Great- Fab! Doctor Who with an endless budget! Great stuff!
Count Richard- whose luck has just run out, the rainbow has faded and Nibbles has run off with the pot!
Oh and Pre-Mod's stepped in to take my pre-ultimate post on Cold Warfare, Episode one!

Bad luck on the post front, it really gets annoying after a while doesn't it?

Hang on! I've only just seen this thread, I'm quite bemused. Oh and by the way Mike, I read your letter!
