No it doesn't, it just lets you use "back" and set your favourites

If you download the first link, then download the second, you can set favourites, by pressing your blue button. I don't know about it starting soon or at all for that matter
They're just having trials. NTL have been providing the service for over 2 years now(£7.50pm), so it's about time TW looked at providing it. I wouldn't hold your breathe though
