Well hello LL, what a surprise, a visitor and I haven't dusted around here for ages.

Didn't actually get to Yoga this week as was visiting a sick relative in hospital.

You've got a pretty cool page yourself.

Thanks for dropping in, glad you had a good day yesterday.

Mine was reasonable today but nothing outstanding. I'll be having a better day tomorrow because it's Friday, everybody say Yeah, and the weekend is around the corner.

Son Number 2 is getting ready for his mates coming around tomorrow, they're having a band practice (oh, maybe I won't be so happy tomorrow as not sure what I will come home to) he's getting the cabin ready which means clearing out all the old bottles, tab ends, dirty dishes etc from last time.

Anyway, take care and hope you have plenty more contented days when life just feels OK for whatever particular reason

PS Llamas are a bit snobby aren't they, with their noses up in the air like that?

hehe bands...and sons...i'm in one!! judging by the aftermath of band rehearsals in my house, i'd go home a day late to give the poor hungover lads a chance to clear up!

llamas are infamously snobbish, but as with all rules, there are plenty of exceptions! plus, the LSZ's (Llama Snob Zones) in my particular section of the Amazon are very clearly defined...and i certainly dont belong to one!

His band is called K69, short for something or other but I'm not sure what.

Are you on vocals or instruments or both?

They've done some gigs but are having problems practising because they're no longer at college together so it's difficult arranging dates.

Father on the mend thanks, he's desperate to get home ASAP with his shiny new hip joint, too much chasing sheep in his youth, he should have tried llamas instead.
