if you don't mind taking the risk of me doing another of these long-term vanishing acts!
As for the Thingites forum, I have no guidance to give as I know from experience that that forum is designed to confuse. 
I should know, I even started one of the conversations myself. (I think it was "Nonono"- don't know if that's still running)
