How's it going? I am new this week also and just though I'd check out my fellow newbies. I just read your Introduction and wondered if this was just one rich bunkhead who wanted to build in your vally or several? Have you tried discussing the issue with them personally? That probably sounds a little naive but I always like to think that people aren't as un-feeling as they seem. Anyway I hope you find someone to help you in your quest and look forward to talking with you again. ~Lisacat
