Thank you for your kind words about the entry I wrote about the Loving Kindness Meditation. I wrote the entry out on September 13th 2001 in a sense of hopeless desperation. I still feel pretty hopeless to be honest, but I am grateful that I have been able to spread such an old prayer for peace to so many people via h2g2.

I wish I could, Forgiveness, but I can only write what I know, and I am not a mother and my reaction is not tears. I am numb, confused, and fearful, but I am not afraid. Yet.
