I am sorry that e-mails failed after a time. By the time some came through, I got busy ... And then forgot to reply.

How is life in the P____ manse these days?

We have a new baby grandson to play with. He is now 8 months old.

Lovely. I don't know for sure, but you may have heard of my last grand-child. Mackenzie. She looks so much like her mother did in those earliest years. There are, of course, some pictures still on my Fotki page. There is a link on my PS. I didn't change my introduction much, just enough to keep up with times ...

Have you had to start again or carry on from where you left off?
I have seen the photos when ive had the odd lurk. Im dead nosey.

The old account was 'locked' long ago, and after the change to BBCiD sign-in, it would not even do that. So I have a new page, similar intro, added most of the old friends ... And a generous handful of new friends that I met through e-mails and FaceBook. A small number have found me so far, and added me as a friend as well. They are, as always, visible at the end of my PS

Its nice to have friends. Where do you get them from?

It's a web-site, hosted out of some micro country. 'Friends-R-Us' or siome such. For a low, tax-free monthly fee.

Not terribly surprising, in fact, I did find a number of h2g2 friends on the e-mails and Facebook. Most of them finding me, displeased with how my eviction went about. So much was so obvious to so many.

Subscribing to the Announcements page is sometimes a good start. To know what's changing or happening with the official aspects of the site.

I am more of a background player. I tend to keep my distance in most things in life.

Still, in a small town, one needs to know what laws and rules will change. It isn't much different here, the announcements are rare and when they do occur, most are about changes to the system.
