we could say that the is meringue and its got pink food colouring in it

i was trying to ice a birthday cake last night.

if you can imagine a rich fruit cake with marzipan and white icing.
and then a large piece of green icing for a football pitch. i had green colouring everywhere

it is this roll out type icing and is easy to play with. so getting the colour to stick isnt too bad, but its trying to get loads of dye in it to make it a passable grass green
i had to bleach the work surface afterwards.

all i have to do now is try and ice the lines of the pitch, which is ok, but i havent got a clue as to where they go. im not a footy person
