my telepest email services have died, well they are in a coma
its been offline for nearly 4 weeks now and im not a happy bunny.

ive finally managed to get my pc up and running. its taken a lot of grief to get it though. and now im making up for lost time..lol.

it seems that a lot has been happening while ive been away.

can you tell moira that i had to go to the hospital for some other problem(ron!!!!) and i took the cardigans and things that i has knitted to the baby unit and they were well pleased and ive been asked to do some more..

it's good to have you back.
There seems to be a lot of Telewest users having problems with their email.
But you are the only one I know that had a complete shutdown.
From all accounts too Telewest don't appear to be doing much to correct it.
I hope you are OK Helen. I dodn't like the sound of a trip to hospital.
I passed on your message to Moira. She handed some into Ninewells hospital last week. She has had a ball knitting those wee clothes.

i made my weekly phone call to telepst to see if there was any news about my email.. they must train their operators in how to placate the general public.
apparently, im not the only one that has this problem. they are aware of it and are doing their best, but there isnt a time limit as to when it will work again.
which is annoying me, as i have so much information stored.. i cant remember everything and now i have access to the pc, i could get in touch with people this way.

it was ron who had to go to hospital. i just went to hold his hand. he had developed bells palsy on the left hand side of his face. its getting better. it would get better a lot quicker, if he did as he was told, by the doctor. he is the patient from hell.

I hope you get your email sorted soon. I know a few people who are having problems too. Telewest don't seem to be pulling out all the stops to fix it either.
It must be so frustrating for you, most people store emails that mean a lot to them and to be denied access would make anyone mad.
I hope you are well and enjoying your weekend. I hope Ron sees sense and does as he is told!
