What should be done about prisoners today. They use up far more resources than they are worth. I mean, think about it, they don't pay taxes and get free everything else.

Some one told me we should just fence off some area that no one cares about, like kansas,(nothing against kansas, it was just the place suggested to me) and dump all the criminals in the middle and give them all gladiator weapons and let them have at each other.

Ahh, prisoners. They have no value, but still, we keep them around, torturing them for our own personal jest. Please, release them into my hovel...they will not return, for I am a truly evil man.
