Stephen- Thankyou for your message of support, I truly appreciate it. To change the subject to a positive note, Have you found a recipe for the Lamb Currry I mentioned long ago? (The slow cooked method which melts in your mouth.) Summer is coming up and I have a self-made recipe for a Greek Salad. As well as other ideas for summer greens.

Hang on in there! It may not feel like it to you but to the outside world you look as if your're doing as well as it's possible to in the circumstances.
