Hi Kathleen,
Hope you're recovering from Christmas, New Year et al(indulgence and workload!). I'm getting there apart from a few surplus pounds.
Have you ever cooked wild goose? I've just been offered one and am not quite sure how to do it. Is it served underdone like wild duck? (I've done that and it was delicious roast for about 30 mins at 200 deg C). If so, have you any idea of the cooking time/temperature? I just love trying new things and Im going to accept it and have a go anyway but if you have any tips I'd be really grateful!
