Confidence (and a distinct lack of)
Posted Nov 15, 2002
So, you've played a game of football (soccer), badly, and do not feel particularly good about it...it lingers on in your mind...it will not go away...another game passes...and your affliction has not died...yes you are suffering from persistant lack of confidence.
Can anyone suggest a remedy? Or even better remedies? I've tried the 'have a beer and go to sleep and tomorrow you will do better' but so far that one hasn't worked. So what's do be done to rescue this poor lad from his own self-inflicted demise?
