Just out of interest, did you find out about the word Kasei from the Red Mars, Green Mars, Blue Mars Trilogy? If so, you probably know what Nirgal means.

hey, sorry 'bout the late reply.
I actually found out about the word kasei from an old flatmate of mine who studied Japanese. She said that it should be my name, because of my obsession with the place.
I have read the Mars trilogy several times, and I think that Nirgal is just another word that means Mars, but I cant be sure. My brain is like a seive sometimes and small pieces of information sometimes slip through.

Nirgal is the Presian name of Mars. It means "Star of Death". I used to have the whole list of names memorized, but now I can only remember 5--Mars, Ares, Nirgal, Kasei, and Ka.
