For some reason it didn't come through to my Outlook Express. I had to log onto BT at their site - weird. I think it may be because I blocked all yahoo mail a while again because I was getting boatloads of spam from fake yahooers

Hope your Sunday is going better than Smithys. What is up with Leeds anyway ? My fantasy footballer Kewell let me down so I am resting my hopes on my Blackburn defender, big Marty Taylor. Oops.

glad things are well in the snoozehounds household. ooooooooooh i am sooooooooo glad i will be sleeping in my own bed for a while now.

i did say goodbye to marguerite, (ghost) i only knew her when she was senile and it was very lovely to meet her in her true light. she isnt in ghost form. we meet in spirit like living people do. ghosts are something else i think. you dont meet them and they are not in the light.

i love the way the weather is different every day.


there are are loads of games i play to excite my mind about things. you could give yourself a part in ryans daughter and have your driving be part of the filum <> so you are much more aware of the immediacy of the weather and the scenery around you. if you see your surroundings the way you see them in films, it removes some unhelpful forms of identification born of familiarity. i can explain that better again later if you like.

i just got home and am sitting with cup of tea and biff. i dont care about anyone reading this, it only matters if you are trying to deceive the mods and hosts really.

anyone who isnt genuine will stand out - i would not have thought that the mean and spiteful trickster types were the mods. i try not to wonder about it. it came up in a strand and i got hold of the wrong end of the stick and came out both barrels blazing (no surprise there then)

i know what you mean about sitting with old folk and the time dragging. did you find any steps to drive down??? i havent danced today but have sung and swung on my chinning bar (not at the same time) and put myself in good shape.

my ex father in law turned me on to the trick of making everything a game. course we did it all the time in childhood. i have re-adopted quite a lot of my practices from childhood. they keep me fluid, flexible, flowing and free. howzat.

my dad used to sit in the car while i was on l plates and when i got too speedy would always lean forward and tap the speedometer solemnly (sp) - i of course would laugh and not slow down. aah happy memories.

i had a rearranged day so early apt and am now off for the day if i choose.

have added you to my messenger list and when you sign in i will send a message. here the view out my window is of lush and verdant green but the tall trees are now fully denuded. it was mild and still early on but has developed a chill this afternoon. there is the sort of layer hanging in the air that will descend to be fog later this evening. i love the weather, fog reminds me of the surreal and beautiful filming in sleepy hollow. it is very magic and immediate.

cape fear is a good film. i used to live on cape cod and also got shipwrecked on my way there (luckily it was on a coral reef in the bahamas so not too chilly)
