rocketman so sorry to take so long in responding to your welcome note, soon after i set up i was dragged away on a weeks holiday with my partner,i hope you are still happy to talk to me as i am still new to this site and i could do with a guide to show me around

How was the holiday?

it was cool, we went up to the lake district for a couple of days, found a little cottage to stay in, cosy nights in front of an open fire for some serious r&r and err... some lovin
the peace and quiet was well appreciated

Cool, I love the Lake District. In fact, I'm going up there on the 13th myself. Unfortunately my reason for going is an A-level Geography field trip rather than a romantic weekend

How are you finding h2g2?

great, those smileys are so funny i wrote down most of them to keep at hand so i can use them without having to dig around looking for the appropriate one
a-levels i remember when i took my a-levels it was the most stressing time of my life, just remember to keep calm,relax and take your time.where abouts in the lakes are you going
