can you tell me if i'm doing n e thing illegal by viewing those sites through telewest cable if not why is it i'm only getting h2g2 the others all have a message unobtainable on them they were alright at first but havent been able 2 get them for a couple of weeks plz help me

I don't think you're doing anything illegal... I'll ask around and see what I can find out for you.

I very much doubt it's illegal to use h2g2 on your digibox. And as part of BBCi we're probably on the list of allowed sites (because it sounds like your service provider limits the sites available to you).

is this telewest TV internet or Broadband?

sounds like either a problem the telewest DNS server or some DNS problem or it could be that those sites are on a banned list. unless it's all other sites and you may have to contact them and ask them.
