Hey there....Jinty or Brora?
No problem with questions at all. I am male, at present i am in Surrey but normally i live in South Africa.My name, on this site anyway, is Nonametraveller.
I have recently returned to stay here for a while to do some studies, spend some time with family, especially the nephews and neices who are growing up far too quickly, and because i felt i needed a change.
Might i ask you the same questions? Additionally i am wondering why you are lonely and bored? Where does the name Brora come from? How long have you been whizzing around h2g2 for? Are you really a chef? If not, what do you do? Do you like animals? Do you have any pets? .......ermmm????.....ok that will do for starters.

i'm a widow thats how i'm bored and lonely
i'm only a in the virtual ye olde tea shoppe A1017028 a crowd of ex lders made it up a couple of months ago because were all mad and we needed something to pass the time
ive been om here since november i think and made a lot of nice friends on here
the name brora was my dods name its also a place in the north of scotland where my dog came from
where in s africa do you live and do you belong there or here

Not quite sure where i belong to be really honest, although it is fair to say that i am more at home in the bush these days. I come from London originally and have spent most of my adult live elsewhere.
Sorry to hear you are widowed, that must be awful. I am divorced but never lonely, alone a lot, but happy and busy, (generally speaking)a lover of life, and a bit wacky i am sure.
I have been around this place for over 3 three years now , but i tend to disapear for long periods at a time.
In SA i live just north of Johannesburg, but i suppose if i had to choose allegiance there would be no contest, i am an Englishman.

i am in edinburgh and lived here all my days i was on here about 3yrs but only on h2g2 since novenber
i'm feeling a bit down today as i got bad news this morning my friend i met on here 2yrs ago has been in a serious road accident and the doctors dont think he'll walk again i'm very worried about him and ive been upset all day i'll be glad when i talk to him again
enough of my problems you still dont say if your male or female and do you not have another proper name lol
i dont work as ive a bad hip which limits my walking some days worse than others i get so frustrated at times when i cant do what i would like to do

Terribly sorry to hear about you friend jinty, i shall keep mu fingers crossed for him.Sorry also to hear about your hip, it is fair to say that i have been through the wars at times and have a good idea what it is like not to be able to do what you want.Happy to say though that i am fine these days.
I am a male, and in truth i probably have many names, i guess it all depends on who you are talking to...lol, so i would prefer Noname, which is short for Nonametraveller, you can call me Notra though if you like.
I will be logging off just now, but i hopefully we will chat further in the days to come.
