Yep. He did NOT do well as Governor!
Other than putting a lot of people to death on death row.
He failed at every business he went into prior and during that office.
He has refused to open records from that time. First thing-He had his governor records, finances , and his fathers Prez papers sealed.Then he had to close down or stifle the freedom of info act so they could not be viewed.

I have not gotten over the fact we had an actor with alzheimers for prez (Reagan)

When George was head of Texas he said the Federal Gov allows for death sentances, end of story.Now says he cannot do anything about Texas death row questions, because that is up to their Governor.

Any way being an artist ,I wondered if U have ever looked into fractals. The beauty is astounding to me. It is math in pics. I have a link in my personal links *stop smoking* at the top of my page. The pics I am in love with same as the Aurora Borealis pics. They are good medicine for me. Calming, soothing,slowing.Good meditative visual too.

There are certain pictures/paintings that have an amazing effect on me too. I have a canvas that superdogmonkey painted for my office which I can get lost in for hours. It is incredible, just a large canvas painted red, but the textures are amazing and I see all of sorts of things in it when I look at it. I know what you mean about the aurora borealis too, I love pictures of stars and space, but also just looking at light reflecting on water...God I'm such a hippy! Anyway, I'm off to look at your links to see some fractals and zone out.

The supreme court just reversed the ban on demonstrators at abortion clinics AND the ban on requiring anti-abortion counseling before an abortion.The conseling includes showing graphic pictures of the fetus in the fetal stage a which it is about to be aborted.

Both will resume.


The supreme court nominee that Bush wants approved has refused to discuss his personal views ! The last time he did....he was anti- abortion, a *Religious Right* thinker down the political line.One more will tip the scale in the courts RR's favor for decades.

You know what worries me most about abortion? They allow abortions up to the 28th week but there have been several babies born at 22, 23, 24 (and even a few as early as 20) who have survived and eventually thrived.

With all the long term plans for Globalization it seems more likely.
