As you might already have noticed I really enjoy your narrative style of describing disasters such as the Dayton flood and the Ashtabula horror.

So I was wondering if I could interest you in writing about Estonia?

I think it was a big enough tragedy to require an edited entry - I've tried to drum up the inspiration needed to come up with an entry myself, but to no avail.

I'd be happy to contribute with material, and also translations (there's a lot of info available in Swedish, since a lot of Swedes died out there).

Sadly enough, no one knows the truth of what *really* caused the sinking - I've come across myriads of conspiracy theories, all of them unproven to this day, as far as I know...

Well, thanks for stopping by Titania, but I'm going to have to respectfully decline. I'm afraid I don't know much about the sinking of the Estonia. Further, I don't suspect I could write a dramatic, tragic entry about which I don't feel a personal connection. The waters of the Dayton flood rose up about 2 miles from where I currently live at their highest (and I'll be moving soon to a place which was under water at the time, I believe). The Ashtabula Horror is a bit more distant, but similar. I've also got a host of other projects I'm working on to varying extents.

I would, however, suggest that you write something about it. I'd love to help you with it if you were interested, and could ask for help from some other writers who are much smarter than me.
